Pre Requisites:

2.  Make sure your device have at least 60% battery power. You can install an app like Battery Percentage on your Android device to check it easily.

3. You already have USB Driver Installed for Sprint HTC One in your PC. [Download USB Drivers]

4. Make sure USB Debugging is enabled otherwise you won’t able to transfer file between PC and Sprint HTC One. [Guide].

How to Install TWRP Recovery 2.6.3.4 on Sprint HTC One

  1. Transfer openrecovery-m7wls-2.6.3.4-02-16-2014.img file to your device SD Card.
  2. For Recovery Tools – Flasher User:
    1. Open then app then tap on Flash other Recovery.
    2. Now select your copied file (i.e. openrecovery-m7wls-2.6.3.4-02-16-2014.img) and follow onscreen instruction.
  3. For Flashify Users:
    1. Open the app and then tap on Recovery image.
    2. Now select your copied file (i.e. openrecovery-m7wls-2.6.3.4-02-16-2014.img) and follow onscreen instruction.

You can also flash the image file using fastboot. Copy the openrecovery-m7wls-2.6.3.4-02-16-2014.img file to Fastboot directory. Connect your device and boot into fastboot mode, then flash openrecovery-m7wls-2.6.3.4-02-16-2014.img using Fastboot (Download). Command: fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-m7wls-2.6.3.4-02-16-2014.img then fastboot reboot]

Congrats ! You have successfully installed the TWRP Recovery 2.6.3.4 on Sprint HTC One and you are now free to test latest Android 4.4 KitKat based ROMs as well as old ROMs on your Sprint HTC One.
